Our crew mixes jumbo lump crab meat, rich cream cheese, fresh mayonnaise, mild Alaskan pollock with spicy hot tabasco, red bell peppers, scallions and Worcestershire sauce.  Each 14 oz. tub offers 7-10 servings and 2 grams of protein & calories for a 1.5-2.0 oz. portion.  For your select gathering, our chefs quickly flash freeze the dip so it will taste freshly made once thawed & baked.  Allow 7-10 hours for gentle thawing in the refrigerator.  Within 45 minutes of your party, scoop your spicy dip into an oven safe container & bake for 25 minutes.  Make sure the dip’s top surface turns golden, signaling a mouthwatering, creamy, succulent dip.

Versatile Chesapeake Crab Dip

Jump-start the party with hot crab dip & warm baguette slices.  Slice this narrow French bread into one-third slices and drizzle melted olive oil butter on each slice and bake for 10 minutes.
