Blue Crab Trading Company cannot refund any monies for dead loss in live shipments.

*Blue Crab Trading Company recommends that customers exercise caution ordering live crabs in extreme cold and warm temperatures, as crabs do not live as well at these temperatures. Additionally in areas where shipping conditions fall below 32 degrees crabs can freeze and cause mortality.
